If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, including cash refunds in case of any mishap. Additionally, we provide free shipping all over Pakistan to ensure convenience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may return your purchase under the following conditions:

✅ Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
✅ If the product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for a cash refund or replacement.
✅ In case of a mishap (e.g., damaged product upon arrival due to shipping or manufacturing defects), we will refund the full amount in cash or provide an exchange.
✅ Opened or used products are only eligible for return if found defective upon first use.

2. Free Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Return Authorization

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free return pickup from your location anywhere in Pakistan.

3️⃣ Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

3. Refund Options

💰 Cash Refunds:

  • For mishaps, defective, or damaged products, we provide a cash refund within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash pickup (for selected locations).

🔄 Exchange Option:

  • You may choose to exchange your product instead of a refund.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a cash refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:
❌ Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
❌ Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Any product returned without original packaging or accessories.

5. Free Shipping Across Pakistan

🚚 We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
📦 If a return is needed due to an issue on our end (mishap, wrong item, defect), return shipping is also free.
